Is there a joining fee?
No, there is no cost to join our wine clubs. You simply need to subscribe to receive the deliveries throughout the year.
How often are wine club packs delivered?
This depends on which club you are joining.
The Discovery Club – Delivery of 2 x 6 packs per year (June and December)
The Hand-Picked Club – Choice of delivery frequency (min 2 x dozen per year)
The Magnum Club – One dozen wines delivered twice a year – April and October
The Magnum Red Club – One dozen wines delivered twice a year – April and October
The Icon Club – Choice of delivery frequency (min 2 x 6 packs per year)
When will my credit card be charged?
It will be charged close to the shipment date. You will receive an email 2 weeks before being charged allowing you time to update any details or make any changes.
Can I change my wine selection?
Refer to the details of each club to see if it is a set pack or changes can be made online or in person. For those who prefer flexibility, consider our Hand-Picked wine club.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes, you are welcome to skip deliveries. We understand that sometimes you are away, may not need any more wine, or simply needing a break from drinking. We email you two weeks before charging your credit card and sending your wines to give you time to make any changes, update any details or skip a delivery.
What if I am not home when my wine is delivered?
If you have an ‘authority to leave’ delivery instructions then Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery. Otherwise, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection and a calling card left.
If you know you are going to be away for a while, consider changing your delivery date or skipping!
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship your wines overseas. There is a cost associated with shipping to overseas destinations. To obtain a freight quote, please contact our Wine Club Manager (03) 53562250 or email nicole.thomson@bestswines.com
Can I cancel my wine subscription?
You can cancel your wine subscription at any time online or by contacting us directly. Unfortunately, all Club pricing and member benefits will discontinue, however you will remain a Thomson Times subscriber and receive a 5% discount on future orders.

To reset your password, go to the member login screen and click on ‘Forgot your Password’; a reset link will be sent to the email associated with your profile.
Can I update my details on the website?
You can manage your account details by visiting our website and logging in. From here you can update:
- Your billing and delivery details
- Your payment methods, including updating credit card information
- Make a reservation to visit our cellar door or attend an event
- Review your previous orders
