Delivery within Australia is free for orders with a total value of $275 or more.
Orders under $275 total spend will be charged flat rate shipping of $20 (excl. NT)
Magnum, Magnum Red, Handpicked, Icon and Imperial Wine Club Members receive free shipping on their club packs subscriptions. Orders outside of club shipments and under $275 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20 (excl. NT)

NOTE: All customers are required to provide delivery instructions such as “leave at front door” in the space provided when they check out. If delivery instructions are not provided, your wine will be left in a safe place at the couriers discretion.

Hot Weather Policy

Here at Best’s we take great pride in growing and producing the best possible wine for you to enjoy. During transit from us to you, if the wine gets too hot, (>35°C) it can become negatively effected. Therefore, Best’s Wines will not ship orders when the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts weather ≥35°C during the transit period. We hope that you understand and ask for a little patience when ordering wine during hot weather.

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Best’s Wines Pty Ltd is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
