Oysters with Japanese Dressing
The fresh sea flavours of oysters tempered with the sweetness of the Japanese dressing works so well with our Great Western Riesling.
Ingredients
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup mirin
1½ tbsp rice vinegar
¾ tsp sesame oil
1½ tbsp finely sliced chives
2 dozen oysters
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the oysters. Spoon dressing over oysters and serve immediately with a glass of Great Western Riesling.
